Architectural Graduate

We are currently seeking recent architecture graduates (1-3 years industry experience) and senior graduates (3+ years industry experience) to join our Sydney team. This is the perfect opportunity for those who wish to be mentored alongside some of the best designers in the industry, while developing a career in a fun yet professional environment.

An ideal candidate will have the following:

Master of Architecture in Australia and have professional local (NSW) experience working within teams with either design or delivery phases.

• Be professional in your approach to work with a keen attention to detail.
• Have the ability to strategise and manage workload to meet project deadlines and key objectives.
• Be confident and have the ability to work under pressure.
• Work as part of a team in a collaborative environment
• Be able to influence and negotiate.
• Have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Understand, assess and resolve complex challenges.
• Be open to learn, expand experience, and apply new knowledge.
