Simon Clarke
Principal – Architectural Delivery
With a passion for delivering projects that meet technicalities without compromising design integrity, Simon’s 30+ years of experience in Architecture have seen him lead major projects across residential, leisure, and commercial sectors.
Simon previously held the role of Partner – Head of Projects at fitzpatrick + partners architects, where he was integral to the successful delivery of many of their major projects, including NSW’s renowned Royal Randwick Racecourse Grandstand Redevelopment.
Simon’s approach is one of collaboration, mutual respect and clear open and honest communication with all team members, whether they be architects, consultants, clients or contractors. And this is reflected in how he intricately and creatively manages and delivers each facet of a project.
Intent on sharing his lessons learnt over three decades, Simon is passionate about mentoring the next generation of professionals. When asked my mentees "What his greatest career advice is", his response is unwavering – "true success is measured by the mutual respect of the relationships that deliver a project".
