A Clever Mixture of Apartments, a Medical Facility & an RSL
Challenge
Located to the south west of the Kogarah town centre precinct, with frontages to Railway Parade and Blake Street, this project brings together the redevelopment of the Kogarah RSL club, the Wesley Medical Facility and new residential apartments.

Insight
The urban amenity is reinforced at street level with dining, café and bar areas fronting the new community club, offering a new alfresco experience and a vibrant new destination. Two elegant residential towers rise from a landscaped podium level, which provides an outdoor garden and relaxation space for the residents and their guests.
Solution
The building is located at the entrance to Kogarah town centre, and has been designed as a marker to the precinct. Thinking from inside out, the proposed development has been created to maximise the amenities of the building through the composition of three key components: the 2,000 sqm Kogarah RSL Club, a 600 sqm commercial space which will be used for a Wesley medical training facility, and 220 apartments. Veridian is an exciting contribution to Kogarah and this gateway site on Railway Parade, stitching into its context and establishing a benchmark for future development in the precinct.
