Regatta
Sustainability, Sophistication and substance redefined at Marina precinct
Challenge
Regatta was the third stage of the Wentworth Point Marinas development, designed by Scott Carver. As Master Planners, we needed to create a vibrant community destination, one that would connect each of the existing residential buildings, and those to come. This project needed to synergise aesthetic brilliance and practical, functional, and environmentally friendly ideas for the developer.
Insight
Regatta at Wentworth Point Marinas was the eagerly anticipated third stage of Billbergia Group & AMP Capital’s exciting vibrant waterside development.
Solution
We designed an activated street frontage that ensured a broader connection for the development as a whole. Eateries and retail offerings onsite provide the community with a central, easily accessible meeting-point that brings residents and visitors together. Billbergia’s sustainable design principles were blended with strong architectural design.
