As a great result working closely with Woollahra Municipal Council, the owners and the consultant team to bring new life to this prominent residential tower in Sydney’s East. Repositioning older buildings is not only a highly sustainable approach but also extends the life of buildings for many generations to enjoy.
The innovative approach looks at reskinning the tower with a new façade while taking the opportunity to maximise the priceless views out to Sydney Harbour. The DA also consists of accessibility upgrades on the ground floor and an additional penthouse level.
