Atura Hotel
A vibrant hospitality precinct nestled within a lush, urban oasis
Oran Park has emerged as a key town centre in the southwest of Sydney, that is focused on supporting the lifestyle aspirations of a rapidly growing urban centre within the Camden precinct.
Scott Carver collaborated with Greenfields Development Company to develop an urban resort located within the town centre, and in support of the creation of a civic heart to the precinct; informed by a long term master plan developed by Scott Carver. This master plan defines the future retail, commercial, residential and leisure aspirations of Oran Park, as it develops with future metro rail connection and social infrastructure.
As an Atura branded hotel, the project will support not only the Western Sydney Airport but the immediate demands of both the business and leisure markets through the provision of 184 keys, Retail F&B offers, conferencing and meeting facilities and an extensive restaurant, bar and outdoor entertainment podium.
Over 6 levels, the project includes retail food and beverage offers on the ground floor fronting an extended main street and the existing Town Centre Park. Ground floor hotel entry ascends up to the primary hotel lobby and public spaces on Level 1, breaking out into a landscaped podium and pool area that supports both external bar and entertainment areas; and breakout space to the conference and meeting spaces. The urban resort offer is supported by 184 hotel rooms above, providing a range of room typologies including long stay, family and accessible suites, offering town centre and district views.
