Adina Fremantle
A new guest experience in celebration of a heritage location
Scott Carver in collaboration with Perth-based Meyer Shircore Architects has been commissioned to design the Adina Freemantle, a project born from the recent redevelopment of the Woolstores Shopping Centre. This project follows Silverleafs redevelopment of the Woolstores Shopping Centre which includes a new retail space, childcare centre and new commercial office space.
Adina Freemantle promises the guest an experience that provides the convenience of an apartment such as a kitchen and laundry, with considered design and lifestyle amenities expected from luxurious apartment hotels to deliver hotel living. Our design concept takes inspiration from the hotel’s vibrant history as the former Freemantle Woolstores site.
Coupled with cues from the patinated palette of Freemantle’s harbour, the design draws in the surrounding context, punctuated by heritage textures and details paying homage to Freemantle’s place as the second-largest wool exporter globally. The new Luxurious Apartments provide a comfortable, sophisticated environment with clever and considered details and flexibility to suit the corporate or leisure traveller.
