Michelle Valderrama
Architecture
Throughout her career and studies, Michelle has learned that all architecture is relational, ideas manifest through conversations and relationships built with self and others. For her, socially responsible, healthy and sustainable architecture is achieved through creative methodologies that are inquisitive, impactful and considers the politics of bodies in space.
Michelle has collaborated on architectural projects and installations in Sydney, Central NSW, Indonesia and Cambodia. Previously, she has worked for Studio-Trobec and NDRSN. Her industry experience spans urban masterplans, residential houses, medium density apartments and civic buildings. She has worked on all stages of design, from concept development through to documentation.
Having recently completed her Master of Architecture at the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a studying abroad on exchange at Delft University of Technology, Netherlands, Michelle brings a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. Needless to say, she is a keen designer who likes to make things physical, virtual and edible.
