Georgia is a talented Senior Landscape Architect with 7+ years of global experience across the UK, Abu Dhabi and most recently, Australia. She offers a diverse portfolio of experience spanning public realm, urban regeneration, play and leisure, commercial, health / aged care and retail.
A pragmatic approach allows Georgia to understand the key constraints of a project, making her capable of effective problem solving and development of design solutions that are logically sound and empathetic to the end user. An ability to see the value in creating beautiful spaces, regardless of scale, motivates Georgia’s willingness to stretch the project brief to deliver successful solutions.
A career highlight for Georgia was having the privilege to work on the Landscape Masterplan for the Municipality of Abu Dhabi, which included the completion of a Landscape and Visual Impact and Character Assessment for the area.
Georgia benchmarks her work to the green-urban UK environment in which she was raised; good access to public open space, clean air, active and engaging towns and cities which are interlinked by quick and reliable transport networks.
She believes we are all stewards of our environment, both built and natural, and as Landscape Architects we have the opportunity to influence the small steps of change towards better, more sustainable, conscientious landscape.
