About the role and team
You will be part of the Administration/Marketing team. The main part of your role will be helping to put together submissions but during quieter periods you will be doing all other things administrational. This may include working for the directors, answering the phone, helping set up for our weekly forum, organising catering. The list is ever changing! Sometimes you might working on submissions for a couple months straight and then helping with the capability statements or other marketing collateral. The key is to be flexible and adaptable. We are a tight knit team at Scott Carver, so you will also be working closely with the other directors, architects, interior designers, the marketing team and people & culture team. The work is fast paced, and deadline driven, so we are looking for someone is good under pressure.
You will be experienced in pulling together submissions or have an interest in learning. You will be an all-rounder in the true sense. Someone that can jump from one job to another with ease. You love working as part of team and across many different tasks. The right person will enjoy working both a broad multi-disciplinary environment while part of the smaller admin/marketing team. An ability to work independently is a must. Although having said that, questions and collaboration is key to this team. You will have local experience and be currently residing in Australia. If you must have used INDESIGN before and have a fantastic eye for detail.
