We have an opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team at Scott Carver

The Office Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all administrative processes of our studio, carried out in a positive and supportive team environment, it’s a diverse role to challenge you and build your office skills.

Key tasks & responsibilities

• Owning the role of front of house including incoming calls and meet + greet
• Being the go to person for office related tasks
• Keep the studio, kitchen and meeting rooms tidy
• Keep supplies topped up in the kitchen, printers, stationery etc
• Building relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
• Working with the team to plan and social, training and client events
• Assist with onboarding new starters and ensuring they have everything they need
• Assist with adhoc tasks provided by the MD and Operations Manager

Skills & personal attributes

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Well developed interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
• Eagerness to learn new systems and software

Mandatory requirements for all candidates

• Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia
• Evidence that you have had the COVID Vaccines (including Booster if eligible) or relevant medical exemption*
• An Australian drivers license
