With a keen focus on management strategy for architecture and design professionals, Rodney now leads Scott Carver from the role of Managing Director. Having joined the firm in 1992, he immersed himself in a range of projects, developing a strong appreciation for design delivery, construction techniques, and client expectations.
As an Architect, he has over 20 years experience on a broad range of projects that make life really interesting. Approaching design by exploring how we live, and how we’d like to live is always an inspirational moment. As a leader, Rodney has progressively overhauled the company’s management framework and recently introduced quality certification across the practice.
Rodney has a personal philosophy for ‘keeping it simple’ evidenced in his many achievements within the firm. Currently focussed on the next challenge, Rodney is widely networked in the industry, researching and learning for future possibilities.
