Greg is responsible for Scott Carver’s urbanism agenda and shepherding our planning and urban design capability.
He has 30 years of experience in urban planning and design within the public and private sectors, facilitating major urban development and infrastructure schemes and undertaking plan making, strategy and policy development at State and local levels.
Skilled in problem solving, negotiation and consultation with government and community stakeholders, Greg has successfully managed large and complex projects with an approach that fosters innovation, collaboration and successful outcomes across varied disciplines.
Greg has been responsible for developing State and local policies, strategies and plans; urban design studies, frameworks and guidelines; precinct and site master plans and development approvals. With a keen eye for strategy, Greg has provided high level advice to the private and public sectors alike.
Greg is committed to employing contemporary approaches to planning and urban design, keeping up to date through industry, professional and education participation.
