Craig has significant experience in development assessment in consulting and public authority roles for a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, retail, entertainment, industrial and special uses.

He is confident in managing major project, development and Part 5 applications. Ensuring quality assessment and documentation with consistent follow through to successful approval outcomes. He has specialised in due diligence, approval implementation, planning advice and submissions. He has also acted as an expert witness in the Land and Environment Court and appeared before Joint Regional Planning Panels.
