Middleton Grange will become a new town centre at the heart of a new medium density suburb in Sydney’s growing south west. It comprises a retail core with 24/7 entertainment and public recreational space to service the future residents.

Residential density with close proximity to amenity is the core economic driver behind making this development feasible. Solving the conflicts of proximity is the key success factor in making denser communities more liveable.

The retail component is designed to be a hybrid of street facing 24/7 convenience and entertainment based retail fronting a more traditional anchor tenant and specialty retail environment behind.
